21 Jun Ariel visits a farm sanctuary.
Estimated reading time 2 minutes
When my lovely friend Brett asked if i would be interested in donating an Ariel candle to help raise money for a farm sanctuary I did not hesitate (being vegan and all), and since we had nothing planned for that day I decided it would be good idea to take Ariel to meet the animals. She absolutely loves it when I make all the animal sounds and her animal books are firm favourites. 🙂
Where Pigs Fly is a non profit registered charity and their mission is the hands-on work of rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for farm animals. It is set on a 100 acres of open pasture in the Lower Hunter Valley, and the animals are free to be themselves, living the life every farm animal deserves – free from harm and suffering.
There really is something about the fresh country air to revive your spirit. We had such a lovely time.
Ariel loved meeting all of the beautiful animals and she had fun with some chickens. They were so peaceful and friendly.

I love getting out of the city and doing something different from time to time and I was happy we could help out with such a good cause. Ariel and I both love the outdoors and all of our animal friends.
Have a great week everyone and don’t forget to enter our giveaway x
